Dumbbell Style Home Gym

The Mini Xpress Is an advanced home gym system, for the novice to the expert. It is the newest gym in the award winning line home gyms.

With this home gym system you will find the new double rotating arms, that will allow you produce any exercise in a dumbbell style format. From a shoulder to a decline press, and over to a dumbbell curl with both arms. This type of workout will let the user move from one exercise to another with ease. It creates balance between the right and left sides of the body.

The Mini Xpress will fit those smaller size requirements as well. This is a one of a kind home gym system. It utilizes BodyCraft's patent-pending Adjustable Cable Arms.
